The hotel offers big and spacious rooms with a clean and modern 'aparthotel' feel in the hallways. While the rooms are clean, they can feel a bit small. The service is attentive and accommodating, especially at the hotel restaurants, but there is room for improvement in staff knowledge about basic information. The location is peaceful with a superb lagoon view, although it is a bit far from main areas. Dining is delicious, but may come at a higher price. The facilities are well-maintained with lovely sweet rolls available.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were equipped with home appliances, they were extremely dirty and not worth the price. The location was ideal for families with access to the sea, but it was next to a noisy construction area. The service was top-notch, especially from Mr Ahmed and Mr Bahador, offering professional and friendly assistance. The dining experience varied, with delicious homemade cakes but also poor quality meals. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel rooms were extremely dirty and not worth the price, lacking expected amenities. However, the staff was extremely helpful and the spacious room layout with multiple bathrooms and TVs was impressive.
The resort was a complete disappointment for the price paid, with extremely dirty rooms that were not worth the money. The lack of facilities, entertainment, bars, and restaurants, along with a disappointing gym, made the stay quite underwhelming. However, the service provided by the staff, especially Mr Ahmed at the reception and Mr Bahador at the concierge, was super friendly, professional, and helpful.
